Kernelcote
This well known Belgian preparation is a liquid supplement designed primarily to increase coat glossiness, with a very rapid (4 day) response period, so it is excellent for show dogs. It is suitable for cats and horses as well as dogs.
Kernelcote contains Lecithin and is fortified with vitamins A D3 and E. Application rates are 5 ml per day for a medium sized dog ( i.e. a Labrador).

Restore
The best selling supplement for the active maintenance of a Show Quality Coat and a Healthy Skin. Restore contains four major micronutrients that cannot be manufactured in the body, deficiencies of which result in skin and coat problems.
Restore is supplied in powder form and is mixed with the dogs main meal. Usage depends on dog weight. For each 15 Kg (33lb) of weight, offer 10g (to a maximum of 30g for giant breeds) per day. For small dogs, you use 3-5 g per day.

Thornit ear powder for dogs, cats and rabbits
Used by the show dog fraternity for many years, this product is widely used for animals with ear problems such as itching. This is usually caused by an ear mite which also creates blobs of wax that can be seen in the ear. These blobs can also weep and smell terribly. It comes in powder form and only a very small amount is needed.
Simply sprinkle a small amount onto the inside of the ear surface NOT the ear hole, and massage in, it is usually a good idea to apply to the paws at the same time. Simply put some powder into a plastic bag, put the dogs paw in the bag and work the powder into the paw and pads and a little way up the leg.
Once the wax starts to move, stop the application.
